Efren entered the specialty in 2019, but the family has been tending this farm for 22 years – and you can see that in the way they know each variety they plant. Here, Tabu and Pink Bourbon come together in a natural anaerobic process: 70 hours of barrel fermentation, followed by twenty days of slow drying. Patience that pays off.
