This decaf comes from Pitalito. Altitude, microclimate, and small producers doing what they do best: sweet, clean, vibrant coffees.
The method is Sugarcane (EA) — ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane and water. That’s it. It gently removes the caffeine without damaging the bean or changing what matters: the flavor.
In short: it still tastes like Colombia, it just won’t keep you up at night.
