This coffee comes from Huatusco, in Veracruz, a region where coffee has been part of the landscape for generations. Here, several producers work together at Finca Monte Azul, cultivating coffee at altitude and at a relaxed pace. The result is a simple and honest lava: sweet, round, and easy to drink. One of those coffees that doesn't need a long story—it works well from the first cup.
