This coffee comes from the foot of the Sierra de Montecillos, in Honduras, where the cool mountain climate helps cherries ripen slowly. The lot brings together small producers from Santa Elena, San José, and Santa María, with a focus on consistency and careful work. The cherries are picked ripe and dried whole on African beds. A sweet, round natural with that calm, easy feeling of coffee done right.
