This coffee comes from Finca La Florida, in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia. Alonso Castellano started in the coffee business as a boy and built the farm step by step, plot by plot. Today, La Florida is a family project with manual harvesting, plenty of shade, and a focus on doing better each year. A washed, sweet, and comforting Parainema, one of those that sits easily but doesn't go unnoticed.
