This Pacamara comes from Finca Lorayne in Chiriquí, led by Elia Lorayne Rosas, a family project with a strong history and a significant presence of female leadership in Panamanian coffee.
The cherries are harvested fully ripe, slowly dried on raised beds, and then left to stabilize. The result: a full-bodied, creamy natural with plenty of fruit happening in the cup.
