Gorilla Highlands. That's what they call the far southwest of Uganda, between the Virunga massif and the Bunyonyi and Mutanda lakes - and here, from more than 300 small farmers, comes this Nyasaland.
The most intense version of the region: fermented in a sealed drum before drying, with the fruit pulled deeper.
